Enjoy on ALL your savory treats. This honey has red pepper flakes present and may settle a little. Store (tightly closed) honey jar upside down and and turn up right before use if this happens. ~We handcraft in small batches and although we strive for consistency many variables exist with honey and botanical/ fruit flavor. Honey varies from season to season each batch is bound to have its own unique flavor. Plant and fruits are removed (mostly) before whipping but you may find tiny flavorful pieces left in the honey. Hand poured honey will arrive at a minimum of 8oz net wt. most weighing just a little more to enjoy!~
