Manufacturer’s Description: TriVersa NanoMate: The TriVersa NanoMate is an automated nanoelectrospray ion source for mass spectrometers that enables the coupling of LC columns operating at flow rates from 300 nL/min to 1.0 mL/min to the ESI Chip with use of post-column flow splitting that directs 200 to 300 nL/min of the LC effluent to the ESI Chip while directing the unsprayed portion through a 2-way, 6-port valve. The valve is software controlled and is used to direct the effluent either to waste or to collection in either 96 or 384-well sample plates at user defined times. For certain flow rates, TriVersa NanoMate enables simultaneous LC-MS and fraction collection. TriVersa NanoMate® also enables automated nanoelectrospray of samples from 96 or 384-well sample plates. The system is capable of automated infusion of samples at low flow rates from 20 nL/min up to 500 nL/min through selection of an ESI Chip optimized for a desired flow rate range. In addition to the TriVersa NanoMate itself, the key components of the system include the ESI Chip™ and the ChipSoft software program to run the system.
