Nancy Ann dolls began in the 1930's and were known for their fancy dresses and pouty features. This doll dates from 1940-1949. She is 5.5" tall with all bisque body. Her shoes are painted on and black slipper style and her legs are frozen. She does have jointed arms. She has a wavy mohair auburn wig. She has on her overlay dress with white slip under and her wears linen pantalets on her legs. As was customary the dress is closed by a safety pin. She is in Excellent condition and is 80 years old. Her clothing could use a wash as it has been on her in storage. She does not have her box .
