Description: Adler - Belvedere 950B Sewing Machine This is a one owner used machine. I purchased it from the son of the original owner. Research tells me it was made in Japan in the late 50s-early 60s, which makes it a good machine. The machine is in very good condition. I have cleaned and oiled the machine only. It operates well as a vintage machine. All stitches appear to work fine, no guaranty.The foundation case the machine sits in has a wooden snap-on piece as shown in the picture. It appears to be original with the machine. This piece is much like an insert that fits with current machines for extra fabric/hand support while sewing and keeping fabric straight. I have not found information about this unique wooden piece. The Circletrol is a type of foot pedal that controls the machine stop, go and speed. The Circletrol appears to be original to the machine when purchased new. It works.The Carrying Case is in very good vintage condition, and appears to be originally purchased with the machine.
