Description: Up for sale is this Action Historical Series 1:24 die-cast model of the #9 Coors Ford Thunderbird that Bill Elliott drove to 11 victories and 11 poles in the 1985 NASCAR Winston Cup Series. The model is very well made and sturdy and attached to a clear base, but it's detachable from its base with removal of two black screws. Model has not been displayed, is in perfect condition, and packaging is complete and shows very little sign of shelf wear. This is a very, very desirable model for anyone interested in NASCAR history. The 1985 season was Elliott's break-out year, and from then on he became known as Awesome Bill from Dawsonville.
