Insurance covering the winning bid amount or purchase price is included with our shipping price unless the sales price is over $2,000. The client will be responsible for shipping insurance on any truly high-value item. We gladly accept international bidders, but please contact us to verify the cost of shipping internationally before bidding. International Shipping costs will vary. ACB has put a flat rate fee and if the charges go grossly over that figure the buyer is responsible for the excess charge. We properly package all of our merchandise for safe shipping. Austin Custom Brass is very happy and willing to ship online throughout the world but due to the nature of customs and the times involved we cannot accept any international returns. Once it leaves the ACB store we cannot guarantee ship times. If you want truly guaranteed times we could ship via FEDEX international at the buyer's expense.
