The locality is the 590 Level, La Sirena Mine, Guanajuato, Guanajuato, Mexico. This piece measures overall 2.3 cm wide by 2.4 cm tall and 1.9 cm front to back. There is little bruising to crystal edges, but there is a broken quartz crystal sticking out of one face.
