Description: Here is a beautiful ring given to me by my mother-in-law. I believe it has been in my mother-in-law's family since the 1970s or 1980s. I am not sure of the date or time period the ring was manufactured. Based on my online research I believe the amethysts and the single small center diamond are genuine,although I am not 100% certain as I am not a jewelry expert. The amethyst stones are a subtle/ pale/ soft purple color, not intensely purple. I do not know if they have faded over time or if they have always been naturally subtly purple toned. See pictures.
