Description: *PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE AD* 88-91 Honda CRX Si replacement glass sunroof, perfect to replace your rotting sunroof. Bolts on like the factory panel, and functions just like the original, made of tempered safety glass with galvanized steel plates. You will need to reuse the hardware from your old sunroof along with the rubber seal. This is JUST the panel, does not come with a seal or any accessories. Please note this will only fit CRX Si models with a factory sunroof! This is NOT a suitable replacement if you have an HF or DX with a dealer installed universal sunroof! Here’s a quick video detailing the sunroof installation: https://youtu.be/kYdUgY0PZeE?si=cTDB4M1BPP5hLcRx SEAL INSTALLATION: OEM sunroof seal must be installed to the glass panel using silicone or polyurethane adhesive. Simple to do but can be a little tricky. Squeeze adhesive inside the groove of the seal and slide it onto the glass, use masking tape to hold the seal flush with the panel. Will also provide video instructions soon. PANEL INSTALLATION: Reuse your old panels hardware (sliders, brackets, bump-stops), simply unbolt from the old panel and bolt them onto the glass panel. Reinstall as you would the factory sunroof. This is not an OEM panel, it is a limited production custom aftermarket solution, fitment is very close to OEM, but may have small gaps in certain spots, and may require adjustment of the sunroof/sunroof assembly to get it fitted as close to OEM as possible, any gaps can be addressed by backfilling the seal and letting it dry prior to installing it to the glass. Unpolished glass finish, meaning there may be a couple very faint scratches on the surface visible only in certain light/angles. If these are issues we kindly advise you not to order.
