This auction is for a set of 8 Whiting Manufacturing Co Louis XV demitasse spoons. The spoons are monogrammed (see attached picture). The spoons are in overall excellent condition with the exception of two dark spots. One dark spot is in the bowl and the other dark spot is on the handle of another spoon (see last two attached pictures). They have lightened with a polishing but you could probably have the spots professionally polished out if they bother you. I don't have a scale so I am not able to disclose the weight of the set. The spoons are approximately 3 7/8" long. The pieces are marked with the word sterling, the Whiting lion with the "W" in the lions face, and 1891. These forks are very hard to find and these are very beautiful and ready for entertaining. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you want additional pictures.
