The pressed glass set was made in the USA. The set features a heavy glass with a deeply embossed pattern and scalloped edging.The collection was released in 1976 to honor the spirit of the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial which celebrated the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and celebrate the sandwich glass origination.
