Inside Waistband Holster designed to fit the Sig Sauer P320 pistols with the Streamlight TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL light mounted to the pistol. This holster will hold the Full Size, Carry, M18, M17, X-Five, and X-Five Legion if they are combined with a TLR-1 series light. The holster retention is on the light itself and not the pistol, which means it will not work without the light mounted on the firearm. Does not fit the P320 Spectre Comp We used the P320 key with the TLR-1 HL light to design the holster, other keys will place the light farther forward on the grip and change the position of the pistol in the holster. Our holsters are vacuum formed with a precision machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm. Each holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house. Final fit and function tests are done with the actual pistol and light to ensure the holster fits the gun/light combination and has the correct amount of retention. Some variations in the TLR-1 light body will cause variations in the fit and retention of this holster. We have designed the retention adjustment of the holster around these tolerances so that old and new TLR-1 or TLR-1 HL lights will fit. The clip is designed for 1.5" width belts with an extremely high clamping force that will not slip off the belt once installed correctly. The under hook design on both legs has a built-in progressive strain relief. In the event it sees a large amount of force, this strain relief coupled with uniform hardness of the steel will gradually bend while continuing to hold instead of just hitting its limit and breaking. Care and maintenance: The surface finish of the clip does not need much attention. If any light scratches or wear marks develop, we recommend a quick yet firm buff with WD40, but anything like vegetable oil, mineral oil, or motor oil will work well. Just put a couple drops on your clip and rub it in vigorously using firm pressure with a lint free cloth. This will help keep it looking it's best cosmetically. The Ulticlip, depending on the product you purchase, functionally all work the same. It is an assembly of stamped, heat treated 1075 Spring Steel with a black oxide finish that works extremely well for beltless carry. The lever on the face of the Ulticlip is lifted, which releases pressure on the inside of the clip allowing space for fabric such as nylon, denim, yoga pants, your Dad's fruit-of-the-loom or your gym shorts to slide in.
