Description: (4) Vernon Kilns Early California Luncheon plates 9-5/8” vintage 1930s-1940s For your consideration is this set of (4) Vernon Kilns Early California 9-5/8” luncheon plates (2 dark blue, 1 turquoise and 1 yellow). The set is in overall good vintage condition for their age (circa 1930s) with normal signs of moderate use and wear but no significant chips or cracks. There are some 2 small shallow flakes under the edge of one of the blue plates. Expect normal utensil marks, scratches and associated wear. The yellow plate shows darker utensil marks and crazing when turned in the right light (but the crazing in only visible in that instance. The 2 dark blue plates each have a deeper scratch or two. Please see pics. These are not mint...they were frequently used, but again, for over 80 years old, they look pretty good. I have (3) platters and a carafe listed separately.
