This is a nice selection of 3 ROMANCE GREETINGS postcards that show PRETTY LADIES and COUPLES in ROMANTIC views. They are ANTIQUE postcards from the early 1900s, and in good condition. The postcards are colorful and attractive with good detail. They show different sides of love and romance including couple issues, and some have a HUMOR theme. These postcards make note of the CITY where they were being sent from. The men and ladies in these postcards are nicely dressed. They give you a good feeling for fashion during the early 1900s. These would have been sent as GREETINGS postcards to a special person they cared for, and for FRIENDSHIP. These are collector items because of their nice appearance, their age, and their appeal to ROMANCE and PRETTY LADIES collectors. The publisher is Bamforth & Co. Ltd. (1870-1990, England and NY) who is considered one of the “most wanted publishers” by collectors. In addition to nicely detailed postcards, they also published lantern slides during the late 1800’s, and then even song lyrics. Their postcards during the “Golden Era Of Postcards” (1908-1915) are sought after by collectors. The postcards are both UNPOSTED (1) and POSTED (2) with cancel dates of 1917. They have DIVIDED backs. These were most likely "Printed In England". These are BETTER POSTCARDS and are good for a collector or dealer. They will keep their value. Often these postcards are sold as individual items for many dollars each. They are sleeved and in good condition. However, please expect some creases, stains and edge wear due to their age.
