It offers corners, surfaces, edges and weather protection. PWE-THICK cards are NOT ADMISSIBLE FOR COMBINING with the pwe service, as multiple cards will be too thick and heavy to fall into the Canada Post guidelines. BUT, multiple PWE-THICK cards can be shipped with the bubble mailer tracked service, illimited quantity or cards. Contact me for price. I do offer tracked/insured mail, but the cost is higher. You can take a look at my non PWE listings to get an idea of that service price. I prefer and recommend the tracked/insured service, but PWE gives you a cheaper shipping price for low value cards.
