For the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel pack for no more than 2 hours. HOT THERAPY TREATMENT Heat the pack for 20 seconds at 1000 wattage or 30 seconds at 700 wattage. If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 10 seconds. Knead the gel pack and turn it over and heat a 2nd time to evenly distribute the heat. Or immerse gel pack in the hot water for 4- 10 minutes. Before use, please read our detailed instruction. Caution: Never apply hot or cold therapy longer than 30 mins consecutively.
