Its an excellent glue for porous items, and doesn't "flow" quickly so it stays where you put it. If you need it to dry quicker, you may use "Plastic Primer for CA" or "CA accelerator spray" (available separately) to treat the item you are gluing (spray one side and apply the glue to the other side, then press the parts together) in order to make it dry faster.
