If you are refilling a Black, Cyan, Magenta or Yellow cartridge with white toner the cartridge MUST be disassembled and cleaned thoroughly of all other colour toner so as not to mix the white toner with another colour. Subsequent refills there is no need to clean, just pour and use. Many instructions available on youtube for cleaning the cartridge before refilling. Chip not included but is not necessary for continued printing as you can use the Toner Out chip override for the printer to keep printing regardless of what the toner level displays.
