Mailed via USPS in PWE for singles under $20 with standard tracking in cardboard mailer. Bubble mailers are used for cards that are more than $20. Some cards will come with a Tamper Proof Sticker on the top loader. Please inspect the card for shipping damage prior to removing this sticker. Once the sticker is removed, we do not accept returns. Also, to process any returns due to shipping damage you will be required to send back the original packaging as this is required to process insurance claims on the product.NOTE PLEASE READ: We have noticed some Post Offices may charge more when PWE shipments arrive. If you don't want to pay that please have it returned to sender. We WILL NOT refund any excess charges made by your local Post Office.
