With causing USPS to be understaffed, I have extended shipping and handling time to 4 days because I have had numerous packages arrive late to others and I have had numerous packages arrive late to me as well. The extra handling does not mean that I will take four days to add tracking information/send out, but is there because there have been numerous delays, which is understandable considering the circumstances.
