Description: I suspect the PCGS grader blundered when he graded this Marsh Billings W Quarter aa MS64 .. possibly by grading flaws at Trueview 150x full magnification insead of 10x magnification ? .. I don't know. Grading errors do happen, probably more than grading companies care to admit.. This W quarter is relatively free of flaws at 10x (3.15" coin) magnification.I have numerous MS66 graded W quarters that aren't as nice as this one ! The 1st pic is the PCGS Trueview screenshot, which can be viewed here at full magnification :https://www.pcgs.com/cert/46663566 Reduce the Trueview pic to 3.15" and count the visible flaws.This W quarter is probably worth regrading if you know a PCGS dealer. I do not ..so I'm passing it on. PCGS Gold Shield security case and protective envelope.
