You will also receive one each coin from the Philadelphia and Denver mints in Uncirculated condition representing each of the four states. These coins are taken from mint rolls and placed in 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 soft flips. Since the Philadelphia and Denver coins are from mint rolls there may be minor rubs or scratches from contacting other coins in the rolls. These coins will have less damage from coin contact from coins coming from mint bags.The uncirculated coins are for Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Georgia.
