Description: The World Boy Scout Jamboree was held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve in Mt. Hope, West Virginia July - August 2019. This 5 piece patch set was created for the medical staff (International Service Team or IST) at the jamboree. Dr. Diamond has been creating and giving these patches out to the medical staff since the 1977 jamboree (40 years!!). Dr. Chasen joined him in this venture in 2013, 2017 and is supplied them to the medical staff in 2019. Each member of the medical IST staff got one patch with their job title (from the 5 choices shown) on it with a loop to be worn on their ID lanyard (if desired). This is the delegate set of 5 patches. One for Physician with an orange background and caduceus. One for Nurse with a red background and heart. One for EMT with a blue background and the star of life logo. One for Public Health and Safety (Dr. Diamond's historic position at the jamboree) with a purple border and torch. Finally, for anyone who doesn't fit into the first 4 categories, a green border Medical Staff with a green cross. Each member of the IST only got ONE of these 5, and many were completely given out so there are very few complete sets available. (For example, there were only 10 members of the Public Health & Safety Team). All have a gold mylar border and a loop to wear on your lanyard.
