Charlie was very active in the Indianapolis community. One of his main passions was the track - which was where you would find him through the entire month of May. Charlie served at IMS for over 55 years with the legendary Tom Carnegie on the Public-Address team before retiring in 2014. Mr. Walker passed in 2018. Solid credit card-like plastic - with no raised text. Showing only minor signs of wear or handling consistent with its age. No folds, creases, scratches, indents or loss. Colors are vibrant.
