We have cleaned and sanitized this unit inside and out. We removed and cleaned out the motor. We removed the fan and wiped down the blades. We brushed,vacuumed and steamed cleaned the heat exchange system to allow for maximum air flow. As you can see in the pics, the freezing cylinder cools down to "0" degrees. This is very important, these machines can still produce product at a higher temp but they won't be able to recuperate fast enough to do volume selling. If you buy from someone else make sure they have a pic of the unit freezing to proper temperature. Will come with a New tune-up kit, an extra New belt and a pair of New scrapper blades.
