Batman's cape and minifig weapons are still factory sealed. Only 1 piece is missing, 1 Joker bomb. This does not affect the build at all. Legos are in excellent unplayed with condition. Instructions are in excellent condition. Stickers have been carefully applied and are in great shape. See photos for details. NO BOX. I am the original owner of this set. Purchased directly from the online Lego store back in 2006. Set was only built twice (2nd time for photos for this listing). Never played with or displayed. Adult owned and stored away for its life. The only way to get one in better shape is to buy a brand new still sealed one. Personally I think this is one of the best sets Lego has ever made. Beautiful rendition of the batwing, great display model, and lots of playability with moving wings hidden guns & an actual firing missile. I am downsizing my adult owned, huge private collection of Lego, comic books, action figures, scifi collectibles, toys, games, and many other cool collectibles.
