Item has been used and does show wear. Rooftop railing has been repaired in a number of locations (picture collage #14). There is a paint defect on the roof edge (picture collage #14 lower left). Some marks here and there including the roof (picture # 10) and the bottom base (picture #11). Item has been dusted with a soft toothbrush, but as this is a used item, should not be considered pristine and new owner may wish to do further nook and cranny cleaning/dusting/polishing.
