2001 Metropolis Anime Firefighting Robot Douga F5! Tezuka, Rintaro, Otomo!

Description: Up for auction: A douga (F5) of the firefighting robot from the 2001 Anime Metropolis Directed by Rin Taro with Story by Osama Tezuka and Katsuhiro Otomo. The piece is in really good shape considering its age (see pictures). This is a really awesome piece from the sequence when Dr. Laughton's laboratory is on fire and these robots are attempting to put it out (I have picture of the scene up for your reference). The piece has nice clean lines. I apologize for the glare on the piece from the lights, I couldn't get rid of it (or my reflection). I no longer have room for all my cels/douga so I am pruning down my collection. My cels/douga are priced to sell and I hope they go to a good home! Additional pictures are available upon request.
