Description: This listing is for the most likely one of a kind 2000 Fleer Showcase Chad Pennington Rookie Card #116 pictured above. The Legacy cards that were limited to only 20 cards had the names printed in silver foil on the front ... only the 1/1 Masterpiece cards had the gold sparkling foil. This card is the same as the 1/1 Masterpiece card and has Chad Pennington's gold sparkle foil name on the front ... it is just missing the serial number on the back! We have never seen another of these cards before and are certain that this is the only one of these extremely unique cards that would have been printed!! This comes from an older set that predates the bulk cards which were released from Fleer in their bankruptcy auction. In any case, why would Fleer have printed more than one replacement card for the #1/1 Masterpiece card? This is sure to be a highly desirable addition for any collection! There is some minor edge/corner wear as seen in the scans, but it does not detract from the card's appeal at all.
