Description: Offered are these two vintage packs of needles in a light cardboard pack advertising the Interstate Life & Accident Insurance Co. of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Both packs have identical text on one side and a picture of the Interstate Life Building on the other, but one is printed in green and the other in black and red. Both contain a small pack of Sharps high-grade needles, made in Germany by Dix and Rands, each with a colorful label. One pack contains six needles, the other seven; I don't know how many were there originally. I don't know how old the set is but the address is pre-zip code, so before the early 1960s, probably 1940s-1950s. A quick eBay search did not find any other needle packs like these for sale at the time of original listing. Each cardboard sleeve is approx. 3 1/2" x 2 3/4". Overall both are in good condition, with the green one slightly less worn. Both are somewhat wrinkled and the black and red one has a small edge tear.
