I'm a Dog/Cat foster Mom and the money raised helps me rescue them from cruelty situations and find forever homes for them. I'm sorry but I don't ship/mail outside of the USA. Orders usually ship within 3 BUSINESS days. I use larger flat rate packaging sometimes to help avoid USPS lost packages plus covers all zones since shipping cost goes by weight and zone (states).I have a combined shipping discount but shipping price can slightly vary a tiny bit with weight of items.I'M SORRY BUT I DON'T HAVE RETURNS.If your package is lost by USPS, report to e-bay. If tracking confirms, there is a process for refunds. If item is damaged by USPS, I will send return label.
