Description: Hello and welcome to another of My listings!!! Today for your consideration is this marvelous 19th century English School watercolor painting titled "Fireside Party"! I love dogs I honestly almost kept this one. It is such a fine watercolor painting with so much good energy! It is unsigned but is in the style of the famous Sir Edwin Landseer!! The piece depicts a group of dogs gathered around a fireplace, enjoying their evening by the warm flames. The colors are vivid and it's just such a wonderful piece. The artist, inspired by Sir Edwin Landseer's style and painting of the same title, beautifully executed this work of art on painters paper using watercolor technique! The medium-sized painting comes framed and originated from England during the 1850-1899 time period. The rear of the paper has a pencil numbers set in the upper right corner. Paper shows correct coloring on rear for age. The frame is assumed to be the original gilded frame (minor chipping and damage, backed with square handmade nails. Would rate the frame a 70/100 on condition in my humble opinion. Overall a fabulous English school dog watercolor after Edwin Landseer that would be a wonderful gift and it a fine addition to any collection or home! Thank you for looking and feel free to make a fair offer! - Matt
