Thoroughly inspect the entirety of the piece, BEFORE TOUCHING the 'tag.' Hold it up to the light & possibly have another inspect it, too. No returns/damage claims are valid, without the 'tags' being undisturbed. Once altered/removed, the piece is FOREVER YOURS. These 'tags' are for both our protection, so no exceptions can be made.
