A pair of 1999 Wizards of the Coast, Pokemon Base Set Trading Card Game booster packs! This vintage UNOPENED, uncommon double blister case was retailed at Target and packaged in a factory sealed, plastic Beckett hanger package. The exterior plastic has yellowed but remains sealed. It is not in mint condition. It also has the original Target security sensor tag on the back! The yellowed plastic displays some surface scratches, scuffing, and general wear from shelf, handling, and storage. The unopened foil packs appear to be in fine to very condition.No returns, and no refunds or partial refunds will be granted. No swapping returned items with different or reproduction or modern re-issue items will be tolerated. A 25% restocking fee will be withheld if an eBay mediated refund is implemented.
