The Stamps are Mint Never Hinged with Original Gum in Excellent Condition. This Set Features all the Stamps Found in the 1999 Yearbook. Stamps were Taken from Original Stamp Packets issued by the USPS. They were Inspected for Faults and Replaced if Found. Photos are High Resolution. Will combine shipping. Stamps Only. Each Stamp listed is examined for flaws and faults will be disclosed if found. When shipping, Stamps are Protected. The Stamps/Sheets/Booklets are enclosed in glassines then wrapped in wax paper, fastened to stiffened backing to protect edges, fastened within a manila folder, and inserted into envelope.
