Has blue cobalt accents - Around top neck, stamped lettering, fern leaf and bottom base. Bottom is signed and I believe the number is 98 meaning 1998. Has 4 very nice felt rests on the bottom. Has a small molding mark or stamp on bottom base in photo 6. No chips, cracks or breakage. Measures approx. 6"H x 5" bottom diameter. comes as seen in the pictures.
