Charlie was very active in the Indianapolis community. One of his main passions was the track - which was where you would find him through the entire month of May. Charlie served at IMS for over 55 years with the legendary Tom Carnegie on the Public-Address team before retiring in 2014. Mr. Walker passed in 2018. **Howard Shearon was a Treasurer at IMS Foundation and director of the 500 Festival. Showing barely any signs of wear and handling consistent with its age. No tears, creases, folds, separations, indents, stains or loss. Colors are vibrant. Clean. In very good condition. You will receive the exact example as shown in the photos.
