Description: 1994 TED WILLIAMS COMPANY AUTOGRAPHED CARD OF ALICE "LEFTY" HOHLMAYER (Her name was misspelled on the card) Autographed Baseball card of Alice "Lefty" Hohlmayer, who played in the All American Girls Professional Baseball League, which was in existence from 1943-1954. This is the league that the movie "A League of Their Own" was based on. Lefty played 1B and Pitcher, back of card gives an overview of her career highlights. She played for the Kenosha Comets, Peoria Redwings and the Muskegon Lassies. The autographs were obtained in person by me when I hired the ladies to sign autographs at shows in the Pacific NW during the mid 1990's. Signed in fine point black sharpie.
