1993 Concord Joan Kessler Christmas fabric poinsettia squirrel gingerbread BTY

Description: Somewhat vintage, new (old stock from 1990th), preowned but not used, cotton fabric 1993 Concord Fabrics Inc. by Joan KESSLER Crafted with Pride in the U.S.A. Beautiful Christmas theme print on quilting cotton quality fabric holly berries, pine cones, robin n other birds, squirrels, large floral print of poinsettia,gingerbread man cookies, acorn bells, red apples with gold metallic accent. By selecting "1" you are buying 1 yard long and 45" wide cut of this fabric. Only 7 yards of this fabric is available; 2 separate cut. One is 5+ yards and the other 2+yards. I am adding "+" because there are few extra inches to the length and I do not want to cut them off nor will I calculate the cost of few inches. Calculating only by the yard.. It comes as it is if a buyer decides to buy the whole piece.Otherwise it gives me a room for cutting fabric in case fabric bought by few buyers BTYand I do not have to stretch it as they do it in stores. Fabric is clean but the white part of selvages showing aging of white color or handling/storage... Fabric is new, clean, had not been washed nor used. Fabric is about 20+ years old and was stored first in a craft/sewing room in boxes and in the attic for about 10+ or so years. Fabrics have folds/wrinkles as they are not stored on bolts and had been folded and not ironed ever since they had been bought/stored. Please, have in mind that I do try to describe the condition of fabrics/items as accurately as i can...but there are maybe instances when i could miss something that could be hard to see: but this is mostly with vintage stuff and somewhat vintage (about 10 to 20 years old). Most of fabrics labeled as "vintage" and "new" in a sense that they had not been used and are somewhere from at least 15 and up to 50 years old. Some maybe washed but i usually make a note of it. This fabric comes from a smoke free, pet friendly environment: bunny. Returns accepted only if they are in their original shape/condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. Shipping expense will not be included in the refund of a returned item. I have made an effort to provide fabric image that closely represent fabric colors. Due to all the possible variations -- light source, monitor quality, flash from the camera, eye sight, ets.. color may appear little bit darker or lighter.
