Like its predecessor, The Minneapolis Review of Baseball, EFQ featured contributors ranging from accomplished academics to first-time writers, and forged a special niche among readers that wasn't dependent on mainstream sportswriters or pundits to give it credibility. Although the publication went on hiatus in 2008, perhaps a comeback might still be around the corner. Issue is in new condition, leftover from unsold original inventory.
