Plus hooded costume with rabbit ears. Costume is removable. Doll is in excellent condition and looks like it was probably not played with much, if at all. There is 1 tiny stain on the neck that I did not try to remove, but otherwise everything looks great! I can send the original box if you would like but it is not in great condition with some water stains. Doll was not affected
