It will be discounted and sold as-is This is the 1988 S United States Mint Olympic 90% silver proof coin with COA and OGP. The mint sure doesn't produce quality coin packages like they used to. This is a nice commemorative silver proof coin from 1988 Olympics. You will receive all of the original packaging that this coin came with when it first came out. This coin is the nicest Olympics silver coin I have seen so I was really bummed to see a spot on it but even with the spot It is still a absolutely stunning coin. The spot is very small and is on the obverse (torch side) towards the bottom above the T in Liberty. When I searched it with a loupe, I saw a few more really tiny spots that can't be seen with naked eye. I am very picky and hate spots, this is one coin I would still buy by the way it looks. The packaging still looks like it did when it first came out and is in excellent condition. Everything is kept in a smoke / dust free area and is very well cared for.
