Description: Vintage 1986 Quill Corporation How To Save Money On Office Supplies Description Up for sale is a vintage Quill Corporation How To Save Money On Office Supplies publication from 1986. This publication was kept in an open tote storage crate for the past several years (or decades, rather) and at first I thought it was related to some sort of computer software catalog... but then I realized that it was basically a how to guide for starting up a business. I really can't recall how I wound up with this book in the first place, but my best guess it that it must have been some sort of promotional piece of mail that arrived at our residence as we were probably subscribed to something business related at the time. Either way, this book exhibits some minor signs of wear on it; appearing mostly in the form of yellowing or spotting on the cover and throughout the pages; brought on by overall age and/or general storage. There also seems to be a tiny hole on the rear cover located towards the top left hand side which also seems to have a diagonal line of wear and tear running through it; as if a piece of tape might have gotten stuck on the top left corner and then was pulled off haphazardly causing some wear and tear to that surface area. The Quill Corporation address listed on the rear cover also seems to have some fading on the lettering on the address and phone number as well. There's also a spot that's located right next to the lower staple that looks like a rust spot that's almost bears the same exact shape of a staple, too. Additionally, there are also a few crease marks occurring on the corners of the pages along with some minor scuffing and/or smaller page bends occurring along the edges and/or corners of the pages and/or covers themselves. This paperback style brochure/booklet appears to have been printed on standard paper (and not newsprint) and has an eggshell like surface on the cover pages. While this 48 numbered page booklet (not counting the cover pages, that is) might not be in the best looking cosmetic condition out there, it's not really that bad either... I figure it might be somewhat of a collectible to any niche collector of old business franchise types of publications out there - and since it's from the eighties, it's certainly a vintage publication; hence the reason why I'm pricing it to move; so please be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for my loss is your gain as they say in the trade.
