This non-linear novel chronicles the experiences of a gay gunfighter in the American West, beginning with his death in 1899. Burroughs displays his extensive knowledge of firearms in many of the time travelling episodes. Written by William Seward Burroughs II, an American writer and visual artist widely considered a primary figure of the Beat Generation and a major postmodern author who influenced popular culture and literature. CONDITION In the original brown cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor wear to the extremities. Front hinge just starting but firm. Original unclipped dust wrapper is also very smart with light wear to the extremities. Light sunning to the spine with small closed tears to the head of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout.
