Loss and Damages during Shipment: "The Property" will be fully insured through an Insurance company chosen by "The Seller". During shipment, "The Property" will be tracked using "The United States Postal Service" certified mail and it will require the signature of "The Buyer" upon delivery. 9. Failure to Execute Contract: If any step in this contract is not executed, the contract will be null and void and "The Seller" will not be liable for any claims of damages, property or otherwise as a result of a failure in execucion of this contract
