Buy with confidence!Please review all pics for the true cosmetic condition after reading this description.Here's The Run Down:This 1976 Fender Jazz Bass is in great original condition and a great player! This guitar is completely original with natural yellowing of the original olympic white finish and 1975 pot codes (see pics). This guitar is used and vintage, so you will see average wear and flaws, but nothing of significance or out of the ordinary (see pics). There is a discolored area on the back from a strap laying in the case over the years, but no buckle rash to mention. There are NO breaks, repairs or damage. The back of the neck and head stock are in great shape showing only minor flaws as pictured. The finger board and frets show light wear and plays great without issue as it sits (see pics). The hardware does show discoloration from age/use, consistent with a played vintage guitar. All electronics are original and in perfect working order! If your looking for a Vintage Fender Jazz Bass that wont break your back or the bank, this is the one you have been waiting for!This Fender Jazz Bass sounds and plays perfectly. Although I think its set up great, everyone has their own preferences. If your not happy with its set up, it will be your responsibility and cost to have it set up to your liking. The neck is straight and the truss rod operates as it should. All electronics are original and operate without issue.The included Fender Case is a little newer than the guitar. Most likely late 70s early 80s. The case does show wear and will have flaws, but all latches/hinges operate as they should and is a proper fit. The strap that keeps the lid from opening all of the way is not present.
