Description: 1974 British Virgin Islands BU Specimen Set - OGP - Franklin Mint - SKU-F4515 Note that the outer plastic sheet contains PVC which has adhered to the hard inner plastic shell around the coins. (See photo of plastic sleeve.) This is a common phenomenon with many of the Franklin Mint sets from this era. While some residue is left on the hard plastic after removal from the PVC, the coins are unharmed. Note the packaging may show signs of light handling (light marks, hairlines, etc.) and the outer box (if included) may show light stains, pen marks, missing tabs, etc. See photos.
