Description: Handsome fold-out 1973 Phillips 66 road map of Washington and Oregon, printed more than 50 years ago. The map opens to 18" x 35" and has great detail on old highway alignments, with cartography by Rand McNally. Oregon is on one side, with an inset of Portland. Washington is on the other side; with insets of Spokane, Mount Rainier National Park, and Seattle-Tacoma. The map was published by the Phillips Petroleum Company of Bartlesville, Oklahoma in 1972 and is dated in the legend. The code number in the lower margin is 736724-6. Condition: This map is in very good, lightly used condition, with no rips or tears. A previous owner has written some notes on the Oregon side referencing the Hecata Head lightouse near Florence.
