1973 Chevrolet Camaro

Description: 1973 CAMARO Z28VIN 1Q87T3N176899 IS THIS A REAL Z28? The cowl tag says it is and past owner said it was. HOW IS THE BODY AS FAR AS RUST PROBLEMS? I see no rust bubbles in the paint. the under side looks solid, frame rails look good, floors look good, frame connectors added (that is a real good upgrade). Not detailed for show on the bottom, but solid. HOW IS THE PAINT? I consider it good paint, its Chevrolets red that has a very tiny orange tint. Body is straight to me and panel fit good. Paint has no dents or dings and has a good shine. You might find a spec if you look with a critical eye, it no piece of jewelry, just a good looking nice car. HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Looks good everywhere I look. Seats good, headliner good, carpet good, dash pad good. HOW IS THE ENGINE? Its a good running 350 cubic inch. It has full headers with Flow Master mufflers that sound like a Muscle Car should. Die cast valve covers, chrome alternator and air cleaner. I hear no knocks or rattles and see no blue smoke. HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting Turbo 350 automatic. WHAT IS THE REAR-END? Its a positive traction 10 bolt with no whines or growls. HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? Good for the year, it has power steering. HOW ARE THE BRAKES? Good for the year, it is disc in front and power assisted. HOW ARE THE WHEELS AND TIRES? Original Rallys, a couple of the thin chrome trim rings are scuffed. The tire are good and by BF Goodrich. HOW IS THE GLASS? Good used condition, no wiper marks that I see in the windshield, right side glass has some marks. HOW IS THE CHROME? It all looks good to me. RADIO WORKS! WIPERS WORK!TACHOMETER IN DASH WORKS!GAS GAUGE WORK!TURN SIGNALS WORK!HEAD LIGHTS AND TAIL LIGHTS WORK! WHAT IS THE HISTORY? A collector in Detroit had a bid collection. He got old and sold them off.
