Brake calipers and levers respond and release immediately.Minimal assembly required: Wheels and skewers, pedals, seat post, one hex screw and nut fasten the rear derailleur. No cables have been detached from the end of the brakes or derailleurs, so no major adjustments should be required. Insert and tighten the handlebar stem and handlebars.
